We’re looking for a senior website marketer/product manager to lead our website as its product owner.

You’ll lead site strategy, planning and project development to align with product launches, campaigns and other updates. Using your demand gen, user experience and analytics skills, you’ll identify opportunities to:

  • Increase site traffic
  • Improve ranking
  • Enhance the user experience and customer journey
  • Increase demand gen and visitor conversions
  • Accelerate B2B lead volume

You’ll run a high-performing site, create great experiences for prospects and customers, and focus on continual improvement to keep the site leading edge and competitive.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Author and manage a strategic website marketing roadmap
  • Measure and report on site performance and drive improvements 
  • Manage the website from ideation through post-launch management
  • Establish a process and CMS toolkit to address requests with quick timelines
  • Create a scalable set of templates (in HubSpot) for a cohesive brand experience 
  • Implement a housekeeping and QA plan that ensures site content is fresh and functional
  • Work with internal teams across the globe to gather requirements, prioritize and scope projects
  • Collaborate with the web team on design, development, testing and launches and work regularly with the Creative Director, Web Development Manager, Technical Marketing Manager, and Brand Copywriter on site design, content and functionality
  • Partner with the Creative Director and Web Development Manager to assess and schedule resources and plan development using an Agile workflow
  • Lead and grow a team of web marketing specialists including UX designers 
  • Manage external vendors
  • Localize the site for international markets 
  • Maintain WCAG AA compliance status
  • Research and implement new technologies to optimize the site stack 

We have a small but mighty team that includes seasoned web developers, writers and designers.
The best person to work with this team will be highly collaborative and bring out the expertise of each team member, while providing overall guidance to aggressively gear the site towards our target prospects and customers. 

Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years ownership of a company/enterprise website in this capacity, with demonstrated improvement in conversion or sales
  • Expert understanding of site planning, design and development processes and timelines including Agile/sprint cycles
  • Google Analytics, HotJar setup, measurement and reporting tools and practices
  • Jira
  • Experience with HubSpot a big plus
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

This position reports to the Creative Director.
