Master Channel Partner Agreement
The Master Channel Partner Agreement (MCPA) is Corelight's standard online partner terms. The MCPA applies to all channel partners unless the channel partner has entered into a separate, signed partner agreement with Corelight, in which case the signed agreement controls. The MCPA was formerly referred to as the "Reseller Agreement" or the "MSP Agreement" in Corelight quotes and other documentation. If your quote or other ordering documentation references either of those agreements, the MCPA below is the applicable agreement.
